Refund Policy

Because your Peacemakers are made of genuine natural crystal stones like amethyst, you can expect it to last a lifetime if you take good care of it. Do not drop your Peacemakers, they are delicate even though they are semi-precious stones. The surgical steel is also very sturdy and should last as long as the stones last. However, the sterling silver beading wire is very fragile. If you have breakage in the first year, we are happy to repair or restring your entire piece as long as you paid full price for the item.  If you received a sale price on your Peacemaker, we will have to charge you a $40 fee to repair a Neck Peacemaker because we have to restring it entirely and often replace a broken stone. We charge $20 to repair or restring a Wrist Peacemaker and $10 to repair or remake a pair of earrings.

We have a 30-day exchange policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request an exchange. If your new item costs less than your original purchase, the balance will be provided with a gift card. There are no cash or credit card returns. And we can't make a return on a pair of earrings for sanitary reasons. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt for proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at support@peacemakergems.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / non-returnable items
Earrings are an exception for returns. All Earrings are final sale. In addition, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.


Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.


Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
